Your choice to save it.

The planner does not ask for your name, contact details, identity documents, title-deed number or bank-account details. Do not put those details into the amount fields.

While you use the planner.

Your answers are held in the page while it is open. If you choose “Save this plan on this device”, the planner stores them in this browser’s local storage. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access the saved plan.

Unchecking that option removes the stored copy. “Clear my plan” removes the saved copy and clears the current answers after you confirm. Downloads and printed copies remain wherever you choose to save them.

What this site sends.

The planner code does not submit your answers to Cendale or a lead receiver. An optional enquiry draft is created in your browser. Choosing “Send on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with the displayed text for you to review and send to Conveyance; sending shares your WhatsApp number and message with Conveyance, which can reply about your request. Choosing “Open email draft” passes the displayed text to your email application; you decide whether to send it. Price, loan and credited amounts are excluded from that draft unless you choose to include them. No advertising or behavioural analytics service is connected to this site. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.

External services.

Links to official sources and specialist sites open those services under their own policies. Opening Conveyance’s contact page does not transmit your planner answers. Its link includes a general BeforeYouBuy referral label, without personal amounts or a unique plan identifier. You decide whether and what to share there.

Changes to this page.

If we add an enquiry form, analytics or new storage, this page will be updated before that change goes live.
