How Conveyance fits.

Conveyance coordinates the agreed property-transfer work for supported transaction routes. Banks, developers, registration authorities and other receiving parties retain their own decisions and requirements. Property finding, finance approval, legal opinions and physical inspections are separate responsibilities.
