Build your plan.
Keep it up to date.
Add your purchase details. The plan works out the cash from your figures and lists the questions still to answer.
1. Tell us what you’re buying.
Choose the route, stage and expected funding. Tell the plan what is known about seller finance, occupation and acting from overseas. The current cash worksheet supports individual ready-property resales. Other routes receive relevant questions without a false standard calculation.
2. Add the money and fees.
Enter the price, assumed loan towards the price and money confirmed as credited. Add buyer-paid fees only where known, with applicable VAT included. Reference mode calculates your selected share of two registration components: the transfer charge and one sale service-partner fee. Other applicable charges remain separate. Manual mode uses your complete registration quotation instead. Neither mode determines lending eligibility or a final transaction price.
3. Record your checks.
Mark items as not confirmed, answer requested or confirmed by you. The record is yours. A selected status is not a verification performed by BeforeYouBuy.
4. Save your plan.
Print it, download a text version, copy the summary or edit your answers. No contact details are needed to generate it. Saving on your device is optional; you can clear the stored copy from the planner.
5. Ask for help if you need it.
Prepare an editable enquiry, with amounts excluded unless you choose to include them. Open it in your email application to review and send, or copy it and use Conveyance’s existing contact page. This site does not submit the message or confirm delivery. Both services are operated by Cendale, and the plan remains usable if you choose a different provider.
What it cannot establish: whether you should buy, whether a contract protects you, whether a title record is clear of every issue, whether a lender will approve finance, or when a particular transaction will complete.
A separate tool for service and fee questions.
The Before You Sign pack helps when you are already considering a service appointment or fee. Read the result without sharing contact details, then optionally ask Conveyance for a scope and fee through a message you send on WhatsApp. Use Form F alongside the pack for the agreement discussion and keep the buying planner for the wider cash picture.
