Conveyance provides procedural transfer coordination. Its government and third-party charges are separate. A conversation does not appoint a service.
No identity documents, bank details or contract uploads here. Keep those for the agreed secure intake.

Compare on WhatsApp ↗Opens WhatsApp for you to send the displayed message to Conveyance. Sending shares your WhatsApp number and message with the desk so it can reply about this request. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Opening the app alone sends nothing.
Keep the agreement beside the questions.
Use Form F’s agreement guide to prepare the contract discussion, or add the remaining costs to your buying plan. You do not need to visit another site before contacting Conveyance.

Six things to check
before agreeing.
Ask each provider the same questions. This worksheet does not review or approve your contract.
| Question | What to record for each provider |
|---|---|
| Who provides the service? | Legal entity, named contact, and who appoints and pays it. |
| What will they coordinate? | Documents, developer/NOC steps, lender dependencies and registration preparation, where applicable. |
| What stays outside the scope? | Legal advice, inspection, lending decisions and other work requiring a separate professional. |
| What is the full service fee? | VAT treatment, official and third-party charges, and any separately charged add-ons. |
| When does the arrangement change? | Payment milestones, cancellation terms and the process for a changed route or scope. |
| Does the draft match the explanation? | The actual appointment and any named-provider provision in the complete agreement. |
Already signed or otherwise accepted terms? Have the existing arrangement considered before changing providers or withholding a payment.
