Know what a figure
or answer rests on.

The planner separates user-entered facts from public guidance. It does not connect to a government database, verify a property or review uploaded documents.

The cash worksheet and reference components.

For supported ready resales, remaining buyer contribution is the entered price less the entered loan towards the price and any money confirmed as already credited. Confirmed buyer-paid amounts still payable are added once. A cost marked unknown remains outstanding. A category becomes zero only when the user explicitly says nothing remains payable or enters a confirmed zero amount.

Reference mode uses two TransferFee definitions cross-checked against the DLD sale-registration schedule on 13 October 2026: a total transfer charge of 4% of the entered price, allocated according to the buyer’s selected assumption, and one sale service-partner fee of AED 2,100 below AED 500,000 or AED 4,200 at and above that price, including VAT. DLD publishes a 2% share for each party; the planner does not determine your contractual allocation. Reference components are assumed unpaid. If any have been settled, use manual mode and enter the remaining amount. All title-deed, map, mortgage, release, developer, lender, agency and professional amounts remain outside those two reference components. Confirm the applicable basis, allocation and final charges with the receiving parties. Definitions version: byb-reference-2026-10-13.1.

How the examples should be read.

Worked examples are constructed illustrations, not client cases, quotations or evidence of achieved results. The mortgage comparison isolates price contribution and excludes fees. The question sheet is an editorial preparation framework. Official requirements, arithmetic, user inputs and questions for a professional have different evidential roles.

Your check statuses.

“Confirmed by me” is a statement entered by the user. The site does not authenticate the evidence behind it. A completed plan is a preparation record, not a certificate or a decision that it is safe to proceed.

Primary public references.

These sources were reviewed on 13 October 2026. Recheck time-sensitive requirements with the relevant receiving parties.

Specialist resources.

TransferFee explains reference costs; FormB and FormF explain agreement topics; TitleDeed addresses record checks; Conveyance explains and offers supported transfer coordination. These are related Cendale resources, not independent endorsements of each other.

Change record.

13 October 2026: added two-component reference estimates, three decision guides, an editable enquiry draft and loan-scenario comparison. Source checks do not represent a legal or finance-qualified review of an individual transaction. No client case studies are published on this site yet.

Corrections.

If an official requirement or source changes, the corresponding content and calculation assumptions need review. You can raise a question through Conveyance’s existing contact route. This site does not submit a correction or enquiry form itself.

The appointment and fee questions.

Added 13 October 2026: the Before You Sign pack uses explicit rules based on three answer categories. It produces questions, not a risk score or a property verdict. Related Cendale sites are identified as such. We do not treat their cross-links as independent endorsements. Manager’s cheque, escrow and authority questions identify distinct services without assuming that any is universally required.
