BeforeYouBuy is a free preparation aid. It does not appoint a provider, accept payment or submit an enquiry. You can prepare a message and choose to send it yourself on WhatsApp or by email.
Use of the information.
The guides and planner organise general preparation questions and user-entered figures. They are not a legal opinion, property valuation, finance approval, verified title report, inspection, final fee quotation or guarantee of completion.
Requirements depend on the actual property, parties and transaction route. Confirm current requirements with the parties receiving the documents or payments and obtain qualified advice for individual legal or financial decisions.
Optional paid services.
This site links to existing Conveyance service information and contact routes. Any appointment depends on that provider’s confirmed scope, fee and terms. Official and third-party decisions remain with their respective bodies.

Keeping a plan.
The arithmetic uses the inputs supplied and, in reference mode, two specified fee components. Unknowns remain visible, and reference estimates are distinct from entered amounts. Recheck saved assumptions before relying on them. A plan may remain incomplete even when every available field has an answer.
Your Before You Sign pack.
This is a free preparation aid. You can optionally open a message in WhatsApp and send it yourself to Conveyance. The pack is not a legal review, an appointment, a quotation or confirmation that a fee is unnecessary. A signed or otherwise accepted arrangement needs to be considered before changing providers. Any paid work requires a separately confirmed scope and fee.
